Our law firm was founded in August 1990, in the city of La Concepción de La Vega Real, by our founding partner, José Miguel De La Cruz Mendoza, Esq., who, together with a group of associates and external collaborators, participate, from their specialized legal practice, in the areas of Law of greatest incidence and importance, both in the Dominican Republic, as well as in the international context.

Since the beginning of the new millennium, our law firm has remained at the forefront in the study, interpretation and application of the new legal framework formed by the set of regulatory standards adopted by our country in the framework of the areas of our experience. These standards have contributed to not only transform the legal practice of our law firm, but also to ensure that the Dominican Republic has a favorable climate for the socio-economic development of the country, in the hands of local and international investments, exports and tourism.
